We ship all across Canada and The United States.
2. How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?
Standard Shipping | 3-7 Business Days | CAD 9.95 | Orders Under CAD$75
Standard Shipping | 3-7 Business Days | Free | Orders Over CAD $75
Express Shipping | 1-3 Business Days | CAD 16.95 |
3. Can I pick up orders?
We currently do not have a location for pick ups. We hope to grow Yumebini to a point where we can allow pick ups.
Orders
1. When is my order ready?
Processing will take 1-3 business days. We'll send you an email once your package is ready to be shipped.
2. Can I modify my order?
After you have placed your order, you cannot modify it. (add or remove products from the order)
If you have made a mistake on your delivery address, email us immediately at infoyumebini@gmail.com. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to modify it.
3. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been fulfilled or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
If your order is still being processed, you can email us at infoyumebini@gmail.com with your order number 「Cancel Order Number: 12345678」and we will do our best to assist.
Please note, cancelling an order is a manual task and we cannot guarantee we can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please see our policy on returns.
